Last month in July, the retail box of Vivo S1 Leaked online with MediaTek Helio P65 octa-core processor and today It has also launched in India with the same processor. As of now, Vivo has smartphones under Y, V, X, NEX, and Z series. And now the company is going to start its new S series. For the shake of knowledge, this new Vivo S1 smartphone is already launched in China with MediaTek P20 SoC with 24.8MP pop-up selfie camera.
Now let’s talk about Indian variant of Vivo S1. Vivo recently launched the Vivo S1 mid-range smartphone in the Indian market and soon after the announcement, it started taking pre-orders for the same. The 4GB ram model of the Vivo S1 is now available for purchase in India. The preorders for this Smartphone has started now.

The Vivo S1 what is featured with a 6.38 inch super AMOLED display a with a waterdrop notch at the top. It has a Full HD+ display a with the resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels having an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. It is equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor.
This Smartphone is powered by MediaTek Helio P65 Octa-Core processor which is based on 12nm Technology. Vivo S1 is coupled with 4GB or 6GB of RAM and comes with 128GB of native storage. There is also so a micro SD card slot option to expand its storage.

Ankit Malhotra, Product manager of Vivo India explained that the S1 comes with a 32MP with f/2.0 aperture selfie camera and packs multiple selfie modes like AI Face Beauty, Selfie Frontlight, AR Stickers, AI Filter, and many more. This phone has a triple camera setup. The main camera of this phone is a 16MP Sony IMX499 lens with f/1.78 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens with f/2.2 aperture 120-degree of field-of-view and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture.
This Smartphone is loaded with Android 9 Pie out of the box based on Funtouch OS 9. The battery capacity of this phone is 4,500mAh that supports 18W dual-engine fast charging technology. Also, This Phone supports reverse charging technology that allows you to charge other devices using the Vivo S1.

There are two variants of Vivo S1 with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB. The price of Vivo S1 base model starts at Rs 17,990. This model comes with 4GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. There are 6GB RAM + 64GB storage model and 6GB RAM + 128GB of internal storage that come for Rs 18,990 and Rs 19,990. The base variant of Vivo S1 comes with 4GB Ram and 128GB internal storage is available for purchase through offline stores in India.
